Taxicabs are located on the arrivals (ground) level of the airport, outside of the baggage claim area. Wheelchair accessible taxis are also available at no extra charge. The easiest way to obtain a taxi is by proceeding to the taxi line outside of the baggage claim area after exiting the airport.

Airport Zone Fare Maximums for Multiple Passengers:
Zone 1 (All areas west of White Street) - $9 per person
Zone 2 (All areas east of White Street and West of Kennedy Drive) - $8 per person
Zone 3 (All areas east of Kennedy Drive and West of Cow Key Channel, including South of Roosevelt Boulevard) - $7 per person
Zone 4 (Stock Island and Key Haven) - $8 per person
Metered Fare Maximums for Single Passenger:
Initial drop charge: $3.95
Meter each additional one-fifth mile: $0.70
Waiting charge per 50 seconds: $0.70

Follow the exit signs in Concourse A to the ground-level baggage claim area. Exit left near the rental car desks, and proceed outside to procure a taxi. A wide variety of taxis are available, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
