MONROE COUNTY PORPOSED PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE APPLICATION NO. 22-20-C-00-EYW TO THE FAA TO IMPOSE AND USE A PFC AT KEY WEST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTNOTICE TO THE OWNER AND ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ATTACHED PROPERTY.
This property, to wit: Antonov AN-24RV, tail number CU T-1294, serial number 27308105 is unlawfully upon public property known as Key West International Airport and has accrued fees and charges for the use of Key West International Airport and for the transportation, storage, and removal of the property. These accrued fees and charges must be paid in full and the property must be removed within 30 calendar days after the date of this notice; otherwise, the property will be removed and disposed of pursuant to chapter 705, Florida Statutes. The property is subject to a lien for all accrued fees and charges for the use of the public property known Key West International Airport by such property and for all fees and charges incurred by the public property known as Key West International Airport for the transportation, storage, and removal of the property. This lien is subject to enforcement pursuant to law. The owner will be liable for such fees and charges, as well as the cost for publication of this notice.
