The Key West International Airport (EYW) is a self-supporting Enterprise Fund of Monroe County, FL. The Airport is an FAA certificated airport under the Federal Aviation Regulations of Part 139 Certification of Airports.
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) & Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program
DBE and ACDBE businesses must meet eligibility requirements stated in the Code of Federal Regulations, 49 CFR Part 23 for ACDBE Program, and Part 26 for DBE Program.

FAA FY 2017-2019 DBE Goals
The Key West International Airport and the Florida Keys Marathon International Airport have established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program and an Airport Concession
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program in accordance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 26 and Part 23 respectively.
The following are the average DBE and ACDBE goals established for the three-year period of FAA Fiscal Years 2017 – 2019:
Key West International Airport:
- The DBE Goal is 9.1% of the federal financial assistance that the Airport will expend in DOT assisted contracts.
- The ACDBE Goal for car rental concessions is 0.02% of the total gross receipts of car rental operations.
- The ACDBE Goal for non-rental car concessions is 1.16% of the total gross receipts of non-rental car concessions.
The Florida Keys Marathon International Airport:
- The DBE Goal is 4.8% of the federal financial assistance that the Airport will expend in DOT assisted contracts.
- The ACDBE Goal for car rental concessions is 0.02% of the total gross receipts of car rental operations.
