Opening day was a hit Sunday, April 27, 2025, for Key West International Airport’s new Chili’s Bar & Grill restaurant. Known for its margaritas, sizzling fajitas, variety of burgers and flavorful appetizers, the new restaurant has been full since opening under the management of Master ConcessionAir, LLC. 

“The reception has been phenomenal in the restaurant’s opening week,” said Peter Amaro, Jr., Master ConcessionAir CEO. 

“MCA is thrilled to partner with Chili's and the Key West International Airport at their new terminal. Our goal is to offer travelers a delicious, convenient dining option that adds to their overall experience in paradise.” 

Chili’s opened for breakfast Tuesday, April 29, with menu items like eggs benedict, breakfast tacos and mimosas.

Farm2Air Market has been open since EYW’s soft opening on April 8, 2025, and offers an extensive variety of items to go including sandwiches, parfaits, and even empanadas. It opens at 6 a.m. until the last flight of the day.
