Concourse A construction continues with dewatering  complete as of March 24, 2023. Airport officials anticipate vertical production piles being installed within the coming weeks.

Construction dewatering is the process of removing groundwater from the construction site to provide a safe and stable subgrade for excavation.

The elevated Concourse A building will allow the airport to accommodate forecast passenger demand levels at an acceptable level of service.

A simple and intuitive layout will be easy to navigate combined with engaging design elements to ensure passengers have a stress-free airport experience. Key West International Airport will focus on operational efficiency and reliability, providing an environment today’s travelers expect and deserve.
